Which payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept PayPal along with all major credit cards via our secure check out.

How long will it take for me to receive my item?

  • We generally ship your item within 24 hours of payment excluding weekends and US Holidays. Orders are shipped via UPS and you can expect a 2-6 day delivery window for the lower 49 states and 5-9 days for AK and HI.  We do have East & West Coast locations so most customers will receive their order within 2 to 3 days. Please contact us if you would like expedited shipping.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, Is lost or is defective?

  • If an item is damaged in shipping please email us within 28 days of receiving your item. We may ask for a photo of the item in question. This will allow us to file a claim with our shipping carrier.
  • If your item shows delivered but has not arrived, please contact us within 2 days of delivery date. We will start a trace on the lost package and you will be issued a replacement immediately. 
  • If your item is defective and includes a One Year Warranty from purchase date please contact us immediately and we will exchange/replace accordingly. All other items have a 30 Day money back guarantee. Items will be replaced/exchanged upon review. 

What is your return policy?

  • 30 day money back guarantee if the item is unused or in like-new condition. A 20% re-stock fee will be processed for all orders returned. 
  • If an item is sent back used, a refund will be processed only after the package is inspected for completion by one of our associates. All parts must be included and in like-new condition.
  • Buyer pays return shipping on all orders not damaged or defective. If an item was received damaged or defective, please contact us for a free return label. 
  • If an item is refused at delivery or undeliverable, customer will not be refunded the original shipping cost and the original shipping cost amount will also be deducted from item refund.
